Bell Contracting are Principal Contractor for the scheme which will take up to 8 months to complete.
Working under permeant traffic management, this scheme isn’t short of it’s challenges.

Commencing with a plain off of existing wearing course and a re-lay; the extend of the work includes the installation of a new roundabout and traffic calming islands.

Other job specifications include;
Installing toucan crossing, street signs and bollards
Installation of a cycleway and footpath.
400mm of directional drilling for a rising main

All of the work on this scheme is being managed and controlled by 7 operatives in two separate gangs.
