Client: Bloor Homes, Western . Total build of  600 2, 3, and 4 bed homes.  

Brief description of work being carried out by Bell Contracting;

Infrastructure onsite; mains foul and storm drainage which flows for over 6000m beneath the roads and ground.

 Mains water, mains electric, mains gas and BT  direct fibre this has been laid in a combined service trenches stretching over 2000m which runs along roads which flows for nearly 3km through the site and joins the A49 and Roman Road. Together , this has been installed over the last 13 months alongside handing over 113 Stage1 plots and 71 plots being finished on time and ready  for CML sign off .

This beautiful site is surrounded by green open space in the stunning Herefordshire surroundings.
